House IC Manual

I am in the midst of writing a House IC Manual complete with citations and references. I am only about halfway through or maybe lesser and the word count is already over 2000.

For those interested to be House ICs, I guarantee this to be a good read. Hmmmmm, maybe I should charge some money for it. Whoever is interested to see it can contact me and we can negotiate the terms, haha.
